Meadow Ranch is a gated community located on Deer Creek Golf Club, a 7,000 yard course with acres of wetlands. The neighborhood consists of 330 single family homes and town homes. The winding, private streets give the community a village feel. Within walking distance, you will find several great restaurants. Along the fringe of the Front Range Foothills in south west Denver, Colorado. It is close to the intersection of C-470 & S Kipling.

It is comprised of 333 units divided between single-family homes and town homes (The Village), and is adjoined by a 12-member Business Park. Meadow Ranch Master Association is responsible for the management of the overall community. The Village is a sub-association with an independent Board of Directors.

Meadow Ranch flanks Deer Creek Golf Club, an 18-hole semi-private golf course, and the Ken Caryl Ranch community. Meadow Ranch has a Littleton postal code (80127), but is part of unincorporated Jefferson County. Accordingly, policing is provided by the Jeffco Sheriff’s Office, which maintains a South Jeffco Office less than 1 mile from Meadow Ranch.

Development of the community commenced in the late 1990s with most houses completed between 1999-2002. The project was partly financed by bonds issued by the Meadow Ranch Metropolitan District, which is managed by Jefferson Country.

Meadow Ranch enjoys high demand for its homes thanks to its convenient access to major transportation arteries, proximity to some of Denver’s largest employers, highly rated schools, many health related services, and an incredible offering of recreation, sport, restaurants, shopping and many other amenities and services. Meadow Ranch is well known in the area as a community that attracts families enjoying the tranquility of its controlled access, and with a high proportion of business owners and entrepreneurs among its residents.
